He's been carrying our forwards so far as neither Kuch or Point seem ready to go yet.
Never understood that, when poeple were dissapointed in him, when he came here he looked good and promising, and remembering that he played like whole Playoofs with broken foot, and still had his speed and grinded AFIt's funny to remember how wrong I was about this guy during that first year.
Then again, I'm an idiot.
Point is getting mobbed in the "bumper spot" on the PP. Kuch keeps trying to feed him and opposing D are all over him, since they don't have to defend 91 on the left side. I can't think of one time where Point was not unmarked, outside of that first game. Even then, the goals came from 20 right in front. However, 21 still has speed to the puck and decent control in the O zone. He's been carrying our forwards so far as neither Kuch or Point seem ready to go yet.
Same story as with Jeannot. People see what we gave up to acquire the player and probably more importantly the cost efficient contract they are on and act surprised when they don’t score at a PPG pace in a new system with new teammates and new roles. And in both cases they got injured pretty soon.Never understood that, when poeple were dissapointed in him, when he came here he looked good and promising, and remembering that he played like whole Playoofs with broken foot, and still had his speed and grinded AF
And people doubt JFBB. Nick Paul needs to get off his ass now
No. Tanner Jeannot completely ruins itIncredible player, one of the best trades + signings in recent NHL history?
