So awesome to see all of those incredible captains show Brad their confidence in him. Despite all of the noise around the league generated about Marchy wearing the C, Bs fans and players know what kind of person and player he has become. Amazing how far he has evolved in multiple aspects since his rookie season. Playing with captains such as Z and Bergy put him on good path.

I don't have any idea how Marchy being named Captain is perceived anywhere else but just about every talking head here on Montreal can't believe he's Captain. Meanwhile for me as a Bruins fan I don't see any other alternatives. Yes there are others and their time will come , but right now, I see no other options that make sense to me.
