Proposal: Boston - LA

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Why? I admittingly do not know anything on Brazeau but I like Spence a hell of a lot more than Carlo, and think his upside is a lot better. I have been pounding the Spence drum for a few years though.

Also I think Thomas deserves to be in the line up if not as the 12th forward than at least over Lewis.

Spence, the 24 year old 5'10 defenseman who averages 12 minutes per game the last 4 games?

That is many tiers below Carlo.... dreadful value.

Oh no 12 minutes for 4 whole games, giữ is pkaying behind gavirkov and dd, cán say he'd not as good as Carlo but to use that argument hahah.

Whatever you think of Carlo v. Spence, it really doesn't matter, because it makes no sense as the basis for a deal that the Bruins would be looking for.

If the B's are trading Carlo it's to garner assets for a rebuild- such as a late 1st round pick + possibly a B level prospect.

If they are trading Carlo to get back a RD, they'd rather just keep Carlo.

As for Brazeau and Thomas... again it makes no sense. They aren't going to trade a 20 pt guy for "no longer a prospect" 3 pt guy.

If the B's can't get solid futures for Carlo they'll just keep him. If they can't get solid futures for Brazeau they'll try to sign him. If he walks as UFA... oh well. The team has enough Akil Thomas' on the roster and in Providence, and there will be plenty 13th Fs available in free agency.

thats perfectly fine to say it makes no sense for the bruins. but to say spence is so bad becasue of TOI for past 4 games was ridiculous.
