You're being charitable there. Gaborik all alone in front of the net stick ready. Kempe puts it on a tee and Gaborik isn't ready for it? Jeez. Season in a nutshell.
 
Kempe really wants to be an NHL player. He loves the game. It wouldn't surprise me if he finishes the season with 5 goals, going on some sort of mini-hot streak before 2016-2017 ends.

He's here for good.
 
Another exciting start for this team. Body language and effort says a lot, we saw it around the last month of Terry Murray hockey. These bums have quit on their coach.

They quit long before tonight. Its a shame DL loyalty to Sutter prevented a coaching change when it might've mattered. Now both are going down with the ship.
 
When not being down a goal or more at the end of a period is considered a great period..
