Keeping him hoping to make the playoffs and letting him walk for nothing is something that Jet Black Jim would do.
Pretty much this. This isn’t Vancouver’s year for a cup run, so they’d be dumb to let him walk for nothing.
With that in mind; I fully expect them to let him walk for nothing.
Is that a quote from Aquilini?omg so sick of hearing about this , seems like they’ve been trying to trade him for 3 years now just do it
What’s his current ask on a contract, and what has he turned down from the nucks.
The main sticking point seems to be the term. Boeser wants 7 or 8 years and the team wants five or six, this is according to DhaliWhat’s his current ask on a contract, and what has he turned down from the nucks.
That would be a terrible deal for Vancouver. A big young C with a career high 33 points and a 33 year old winger well past his prime and signed for another season. Vancouver would be better trading him for a 2nd.What about Boeser for Rasmussen + Tarasenko?
Wings can sign boeser and VAN gets a big young C and a winger to repace the offense who hasnt been a good fit in detroit
And arguably betterRather keep the younger and cheaper Perfetti.
