I felt like he came in hot at first and was very aggressive, very physical, very noticeable on the ice, even if he's not the most skilled guy.

He's cooled off in that respect and I think JLD is basically correct. I don't think he brings anything over somebody like Colin White if he's not gonna be pinballing out there.

I kind of agree although I think Smith performs better when on a line with Lomberg.

Ideally once everyone is healthy, I'd like the following lines:

Verhaege-Bennett-Tkachuk

Lomberg-Staal-Cousins

I'd almost rank the 3LW as Denisenko>Tierney=White. Not sure what I'd do there.
