He doesn't play the relentless, cycle-you-to-death style the Blues play. He doesn't backcheck, he doesn't defend, he doesn't have great speed...outside of his great shot (which is overrated, IMO), he offers nothing. And if he doesn't have that going for him, he's worthless to us.

We can move on from him, or he can stick around as the extra forward.

Hoffman isn't a fit here. I appreciate his work. Our current system relies on having people defensively responsible (accountable). I still don't see us making the playoffs. I think we should start looking to move him, Schwartz, and maybe even tarasenko.
