GDT: Blues vs Trashville 7PM FDSNMW

Director of Officiating undoubtedly reviewed the last game, in detail - Armstrong would make damn sure the review took place, but considering the failures across nearly every facet of how the last game was officiated, I expect the league didn't need much nudging.

I would expect this game gets assigned a veteran crew that has a feel for this sort of game.

I think we'll get in, but now i dont want us climbing too high. Gotta keep Minny ahead of us, dont want our pick creeping up further. Nice night for a L.
 
I'm expecting a salty Preds squad no matter who's officiating...The W is most important but it would be very satisfying to see Tucker or Walker bust another schnoz.
 
The thread is now (allegedly) live. We had a banner and everything this morning announcing that the live thread feature was back, but the selection was available for the last few GDTs and they did not function like live threads, so I'm not holding my breath.

Edit: Just realized that I used the word "banner" in a GDT against the Preds, and I wanted to be clear that I didn't mean that the Predators were hanging a banner about the return of the live thread function. As you were.

You can never be sure though. Might be a late puck drop after the ceremony.

We're getting Kelly Sutherland and Pete MacDougall.
I'm not particularly fond of Sutherland, but he sure as heck won't let things get out of hand like they did the other night.

Flames will beat the Stars tonight who aren't playing particularly well and are on the tail end of a B2B. DeSmith in instead of Oettinger.

Important for the Blues to take care of business tonight. I think we find a way to win, but it won't be a cakewalk like the last few games against this team.
