They were competitive today. They just have no offense b/c our top players are either hurt or playing like ass.
Hope these jackasses lose against Vegas. f*** Colorado.

The Avs ALL make the empty net shots without even looking, and The Blues miss most of their long empty net shots with good long looks first. The Avs must practise those a lot.
In any case this depleted Blues team was not going to win this series this year, no matter who they would have had available to play, with Parayko and Tarasenko so subpar. But, I really hate that Perron didn't even get to play one game.

We need Thomas and Kyrou to take big leaps next year and for Kostin to be a physical force.

how fast we forget the 2 weeks that thomas and kyrou were big time contributors... it's time to start putting skill with skill and grow forward, or trade the skill off and load up on size... obviously this year we werent' skilled enough to ride that, and not nearly heavy enough to fall back to 'blues hockey'.. def some roster changes coming tho

Pro sports is becoming predictable and boring
We are always in he hunt and make the playoffs...this team doesn't burn it all down and hope their draft picks come to fruition. The Oilers have been playing that game and now we will see if the Avs can swing that strategy to a Cup win.
We weren't fully healthy anyway, not impressed. Hope they get dealt with next round.

Kyrou and Kostin better be ready for Next year.
Thomas needs to come out and show this year was a fluke, and it was probably injury related (why does it seem like every young players 3rd year for us is their down year?)
Binny played well for what he was given, almost every goal he allowed minus like 3 during the playoffs were nasty ones that most goalies in the league would let in.
Krug needs to go, good lord his childish antics this game we're atrocious.
I'm going to be very sad to see Schwartz go if he does indeed leave. Schenn has to have been playing hurt, he didn't look like himself at all for the last 1/2 of the season. Tarasenko needs an offseason to fully break in his new robo-arm.
Perron and RoR need to stick as our Batman and Superman for as long as they want to play here.
Hopefully an offseason of rehab can help Parayko's back fully heal. Hopefully Faulk will be get well very soon.
Mikkola, Walman, Joshua, every other young kid needs to take this year and take what they learned and run with it. DO NOT LET ANY OF THE VETS GET COMFORTABLE SHOW THEM YOU WANT THEIR SPOT!!!

True, him an Kyrou were the only ones I felt really played like it was the playoffs. But Binny just signed a huge extension so I don't see him leaving lol
RIP 2021 St. Louis Blues. (No idea why the league still refers to this as the ‘20-‘21 season…it’s not)
Injuries didn’t help, but it likely wouldn’t have mattered either way…this was a flawed roster that proved to be mediocre at best. The good news? At least the Blues maintained their payroll structure moving forward by letting the best player walk away. So they’ve got that going for them. Who needs stars anyway? Good luck getting this roster back into the post season next year.

Agree about Schenn... something HAS TO/BETTER BE wrong with him.. he was a shadow of himself...
we f***ing got swept ......
They beat a team that was a shell of its former self. Not impressed. Hope they get dealt with next round. Out of all the teams in the playoffs, I REALLY hope they don't win. Literally anyone else except that paper tiger over there.
