Soooooo........Dutch and the Hispanic lady were the last ones left. Dutch yells, "get to the chopper!" But how the hell would she know where the chopper is?

The Night Train
Started watching 'Dark'.

Super cool. Has several key themes running through it like the concept of duality and that time is not as we perceive it. The past, present and future are all happening simultaneously. We perceive time as a linear past to present to future because our brains have been limited so much that our bandwidth, if you will, is not broad enough for us to perceive our life events as they happen; all at once.

There is also a priest that keeps popping up. Looking forward to seeing how they fit Catholicism into the picture. I have an idea in which direction they will go.

Also, not sure where they're going with the nuclear power plant thing, but I have an idea. wink
I really enjoyed Dark and need to watch that show a second time at some point. Once i got to the third season I gave up trying to fully understand the plot lol. Although I thought the ending was great and everything makes more sense once you get to the very end of the story.

Fun fact I stumbled across a while ago…Erik Foley is still playing hockey for fun and seems to be OK physically:

I think it's safe to assume that we all felt a collective sadness that his NHL career was over before it started, but these videos demonstrate how much spirit Erik Foley has.

I'll start S2 soon, but I'm watching S1 again just to keep some of the characters straight.

As far as the overarching themes go, that is a rabbit hole that few dare to dig. Shows like 'Dark' reveal truths, but it is up to the viewer to know what to look for and be able to separate golden nuggets from distractors.

Never heard of it until your discussion. I’m intrigued
I strongly recommend watching the first season twice before moving onto S2&3.

One of those distractors that I mentioned in a previous post, imo, is how convoluted the family structures are and keeping straight how they are related. But this distractor, imo, is also one of the main themes running throughout; that we can, if we choose, to reincarnate as someone close to us and to whom we've been attached.

The writers continually reinforce the idea that humans are destined to repeat the same mistakes over and over ad infinitum; ergo, we reincarnate. I think we choose to reincarnate if we want another consciousness-developing ride on Earth. But that's my view. The developers of 'Dark' are tying to lock us into the infinite loop of reincarnation, as if we have no choice.

Try to not let the convoluted relationships confuse you. They are trying to tell us that we can reincarnate into whomever we choose and whenever we choose. What they conveniently leave out (by this point) is that we can choose to not reincarnate. So, my question to everyone is, Do you want come back for more of this or do you want to finally go home?

The religious angle (specifically Catholicism) introduces us to Biblical characters. Mads (Matthew), Jonas (John), Peter, Noah (the priest) and others. The Trinity is important as is the number 3 and that all numbers divisible by 3 are a key to unlocking the structure of everything. 666 has been demonized, but it is divisible by 3, hence a key to the Light and the Dark. But understanding the role of Catholicism and its hold of power is one of the key elements in 'Dark'. Noah the priest acts as an arbiter between realms and is a representative of the grip that the Vatican has on global power structures.

The time machine has black and white squares, which is a reference to a high-level chess game. Noah even mentions chess in the show.

I've gleaned all of this and much more just from S1.

One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice
When she's ten feet tall
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah-smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call
Call Alice
When she was just small
When the men on the chessboard
Get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving low
Go ask Alice
I think she'll know
When logic and proportion
Have fallen sloppy dead
And the White Knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's off with her head
Remember what the dormouse said
Feed your head
Feed your head

Sounds like some Blue Öyster Cult shit. I’m in!! Thanks, I’ll keep you updated on my progress.

Predictive Programming:

In 1979, 'The China Syndrome' was released on film.
11 days later, Three Mile Island happened.

In 1999, 'The Matrix' was released.
Neo's passport was to expire on 9/11/2001.

In 2022, 'White Noise' was released. It's about a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio and subsequent "airborne toxic event".
In 2023, a train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio causing an "airborne toxic event".

And there are plenty of other examples.

Side note: I clearly remember in our science books from the 80s, that the planet Venus was depicted as blue and green and looking just like Earth.

Now, the powers that be, depict Venus as having been destroyed a billion years ago due to "climate change" 🤮

I've asked a few others my age and they all remember that Venus was always depicted as blue and green, not the brown, toxic Photoshop nonsense that NASA wants us to believe.

Mandela Effect, anyone?

Makes ya wonder?

I'll check it out, but I'm going to guess (half jokingly) that it's about aspects of our government cloning some mind-controlled asshole to do their deeds. And what is the deed?

Chaos.

EDIT: Has X-Files connections......okay......
Ima watch dat.

No dude, I’m talking about the plot to crash hijacked planes into the World Trade Center 6 months before 9/11.

Ohhhhhhhh.....I looked up a different 'The Lone Gunmen'. I remember when that came out. Forgot all about it.

EDIT: I got myself all twisted up. You're saying a particular episode is about 9/11? I wonder if they bring up the probability that the planes were remote controlled.

I just had a CT scan done a bit ago. When I came out, I asked the technician, who is Navajo, if I passed through the portal and am on Venus. He gave me a big smile and said, Good stuff.
