Defense in hockey also depends on the forwards coming back and helping out as well. The Hawks are usually out of position and do not read and anticipate plays at all.

I have zero love affair, but to say Poille is a great GM or better than Bowman is silly. He has won nothing his entire tenure in Nashville, and you asked what we see when comparing the two. I see 3 Cups for one, and zippity do dah for Poille. Give me the 3 Cups over a team that just makes the playoffs every year.

The bad defense was the main reason I wanted to see Q gone. I thought JC was making progress and the new blood brought in would make a big difference.

I'm sadly disappointed that we still suck.
