Great 1st period. Aside from some shifts by mack, we dominated. Thomas is noticeable every time he's out there, kyrou looks good. Noticed scandella with some nice plays. Vets doing their thing. Keep it up boys!! Fun to watch!

Bozak is super under appreciated. His line was key in a cup run. He isn’t flashy so it seems like his linemates shine and he doesn’t get noticed. I wouldn’t be surprised if we bring him back (at reduced $).

I thought he was scheduled to re-evaluated in February? Has something changed. Even if he still needs another month that is a March return?

The Defensemen with this highest TOI Is Colt (At almost 10 Minutes) and Faulk at a little over 7 Minutes. Dunn has the lowest at under 5 Minutes. Everyone else is between 6 and 6.5.

Hopefully we don't need to lean on him that much for the rest of the game and season

Yeah if we could keep him at a bit of discount I wouldn't mind re-signing him this summer. He is an ideal 3C.

He’s rock solid. Top faceoff man, PK’er, always in good position, solid defensively, and pretty good passer and decent offensive skills.

There’s not many weaknesses there. If he’s cheap, I’m not opposed to it. He’s a great depth piece. I’m excited to see how this 3rd line develops together.

I think the fear is he won't be the same player for some time. Although he may technically be on the ice this season, he may not fully gain his strength back till next year.

I'd imagine the Blues will take every precaution with him and draw out his return. He had an extra 5 months recovery last year, and still ended up only lasting a few games in the bubble.

One of the things I think we should be paying close attention to this season is how this team adapts as the dynamics of the league change as the season progresses. A long playoff series with the extra pressure, extensive game-planning, finely tuned team play, and different reffing standards is a far cry from the sort of hockey we're watching right now.

If this team can play as effectively in closed tactical games as it can in more wide open and free-wheeling games, that's going to be a really good sign for their chances.
