Refs have gamed this series... subtle ways to hamstring our enforcers and enable the blues... everyone sees it

Helle just fkn sucked tonight... this game is 100% on him - how does he end up so far back in his net...

But a close second are stan and schenn... they have zero intimidation factor - schenn seems gassed or checked out

Everyone tried - lowry jomo and samberg are all clearly injured but playing well... not elite

To all the clowns that said 3rd pairing doesnt matter - just watch this series again...

Put barron at 1C - guy is better than copp

Kfc-barron-vilardi
Ehlers-lowry-iafallo
Nino-names-perfetti
Tanev-gus-jad
he's sucked every game outside of game 2

I blame the team in front of Helle. He let in maybe two that he could have had but three were full on screens.
The Schenn goal that blew the game open was actually defected.
The defense was terrible. Demelo can’t take out his man and he passes it to the smallest Bluw player standing alone in front of the net.
Pathetic!

They will go with the same lineup. It is what it is at this point for game 7.

Luke Schenn has been dogshit for most of this series. That 3rd pairing is foolish with two guys who are obviously not a good pairing together.

I think they win it, but sometimes it’s frustrating watching what feels like the same damn team year after year, and expecting different results.

There is multiple things that have gone wrong for this team. From injuries, the refs, dirty hits, bad decisions, and Appleton. However, it all starts with Hellebuyck being required to play better than the crap he has displayed so far.

He has another chance on Sunday to correct what he has largely caused. If he corrects it, he can put this all behind him going in to round 2. If he doesn't, he'll be branded and prove that what his critics said was all true.

Ar this point I can't do that any longer. Every team is screening the goalies. Other goalies are able to fight through it and make the saves. This is well past that point with Helle well past it. His save percentage for three straight playoffs is so far below replacement level that it's utterly embarrassing.

No team is perfect defensively in the playoffs and there have been breakdowns but he's supposed to be the premier goalie in the league. He's paid to cover for his team and make enough of the difficult saves to give his team a chance. He hasn't done that in any game this series. That isn't to mention the absolute awful goals he's let in each game. His team has won him 3 games while he's been playing some truly awful hockey and they are likely going to have to win him game 7.

This team hasn't been perfect but they have shown more then enough battle and good play to win this series. We only have a chance to because of strong team play.

I hate to blame this on one player but you just can't win with that level of goaltending. The other teams that got it this post season have been all sent packing.

Not sure what you can do with Helle but his play isn't acceptable and I'm not sure how the team still has trust in him to come in and play well enough for them on Sunday.

Well, that sucked. On to the next one. I give this game one "poo emoji" out of five...

The Prediction Contest for Game Seven against the B-Lose has been posted for your guesses. A big thank you to @Zhamnov5GoalGame for another fantastic GDT. Sorry I didn't thank you earlier, but I was driving around Drumheller avoiding some dinosaurs. A shout out to @Luc Labelle who will be making the next GDT. Can't wait! I should be home just before puck drop on Sunday, so I hope to see you all then. Good night...

people really need to start watching other games if they think helle is the only one facing screens

Hey, boss. I’m just finishing frying up some eggs and then I’ll come back and read this but who do you start for Game 7? And how do you like your eggs? And what are your thoughts on blending the lines next game? Thank you in advance.

He got banned from here? Ooof... the man spent years trashing Helle and just when the public opinion swung in his favor the man can't even come here and take an "I told you so" "victory lap".

I have seriously been thinking about this for the last 5 mins. Mods please unban @White Out 902.

Attn mods team @Joe Hallenback @Romang67 @Hunter368

Free Whiteout! Let the man have his moment of glory... 😭

Last year I said Hellebuyck would have to prove he could raise his game in the playoffs, before the Colorado series. We know how that went, and when I suggested he should potentially be pulled/replaced by Brossoit for a game, it was not met with agreement.
This is EXACTLY what I was saying before Game 4 last year. They needed to play Brossoit, since Helle was rattled, and the team was chaotic. When I found out Helle was not playing, I predicted the exact score, and was off by one goal in Game 5 - both Colorado wins.

This series reminds me so much of the 2011 Stanley Cup Final (Vancouver vs Boston), with Luongo playing that it's uncanny. I believe Luongo got pulled in all 3 road game too.
