Blues 2024-2025 Prospect Thread

This is good news IMO. No offense to St. Cloud State but they’re a 2nd tier program. I’ll be interested to see where he goes. Ralph is from the twin cities area but not sure Minnesota is the place to go right now. They just lost Snuggy, Rinzel, Moore and Wood. And wouldn’t be surprised if they lose more guys too. Their incoming freshman class isn’t exactly full of big names either:

Feel like Gophers have done nice job developing defensemen lately. Faber, Lacombe, Rinzel all really blossomed there.

Dvo has a good shot, Holloway has a good shot, Bolduc has a really good shot, but Snuggs shot is elite. I cant imagine having 4 guys that shoot like that on the roster. And that’s not counting Kyrou and Thomas. I’m still undecided on Neighbors shot.
Neighbors had an acceptable shot... What I like most about him is his willingness to go to the net and pick up loose change

If he won't sign with Edmonton, then Maatta doesn't have much value either.

True.

If we're talking Edmonton: Dalyn Wakely and Matt Copponi are also options, although I'm not really certain their rights expire at the end of the season (sigh... I miss Capfriendly), but Wakely is an overager in the OHL and Copponi played his 4th NCAA season.

I kinda expect EDM to sign Copponi as soon as BU is out of the Frozen Four. If Edmonton wanted to sign Wakely however, they probably would've signed him to an ELC already a while ago. I guess he's an interesting option if they're interested in signing Mayich.

Agreed. Neighbours’ shot itself isn’t really anything better than NHL average but he’s got an absolute nose for the net. His puck luck isn’t as high this season as last but he knows where to go to score a lot of goals within 3-5 feet of the net.

This guy is a good follow for Blues prospect information. I’d expect Lindstein will be in the AHL next year. Brynas is a good team, but seems crazy for Lindstein to still be getting this treatment.

Lindstein's time on ice is alarming. His team played him for 7:59 in one game and then 6:53 (combined) over the next three...His swedish team clearly has no plans to develop him, and for that reason, he should be playing in the AHL next year.

I'd like some context on that. Was he sick? Battling injury? That doesn't seem in keeping with how he had been used much of the year.
