Teoscar Hernandez was traded off the Blue Jays to encourage a "serious baseball" mindset that is required to win a World Series.

The Blue Jays haven't won a playoff game since and were bottom feeders this year.

Hernandez is one win from a World Series championship.

f*** Ross Atkins and Mark Shapiro forever and always.

I haven’t watched the Dodgers closely enough to know where they’ve been playing Hernandez all year but I did notice he was playing in left field tonight and made a great defensive play to save a run. I remember him playing exclusively in right field as a Jay where he was a defensive disaster. Were they playing him out of position all that time?

To be fair, I remember some posters on here with that narrative. Calling Bo and Vlad and the manager the same type of thing.

It was a great throw but to be fair, the guy he cut down runs slower than someone that just had both hips replaced. Absolutely idiotic to send him and one more reason for the coaching staff to be canned after this year is over. But in Hal's mind, I'm sure there will be high fives and extensions all around. George should have slapped that boy a bit when he was around.

Some guys are just clutch when it matters the most, and other guys, well not so much.
This shouldn't be a big surprise to anyone that has been following Judge's career. His entire career post season stats are terrible and non-productive. I'm not sure there is anyone out there that has such as discrepancy between regular season success and post season flaming out. And the biggest difference between those 6 guys beneath him is the amount of paycheck and expectation. He really gets terrified of the limelight and maybe instead of pumping all the weights in the off season, should spend a lot of time in a shrinks chair. But maybe at the end of the day, it won't really matter, because, as you said, some players relish the spotlight and others dread it.

The Dodgers have had him in both corner outfield spots throughout the year, but standard lineup has him in left because Betts plays right with Kiké Hernandez down the middle.

Teo was one of my favourite Jays.

Not sure what the hell Aaron Boone was thinking last game. He's got his hottest hitter (Stanton) batting 5th instead of cleanup and ofcourse, he paid the price. Bases loaded and 2 out and a guy that has been useless for most of the playoffs (Chaz :eek::eek::eek:holm) is slotted in at 4th and ground out weakly. Next inning, Stanton comes up and drills a bases empty homer. Unbelievable. And the bad decisions continued to nearly all of the final not just this one.

But apparently, there is a poster on here that thinks that Aaron Boone and Brian Cashman are incredible and up there as the best in baseball. While playing with at or near the top of payrolls every single year, so they can outbid most teams.
