Yes, my friend.
I am a die-hard Montreal Canadiens' fan and still am, but after having seen Giroux grow, I'm cheering him on rather than David Fischer.

Trevor Timmins has gone on record saying that not drafting Giroux was his biggest draft mistake.

"This is my biggest regret, of course, he admits. In addition, my heart told me to take in the first round in 2006. He was face to face on our lists with the player we drafted and finally we hesitated until leaving the table for the podium. At that time, our defense was weak points and we thought David Fischer became a top 4 caliber defenseman."

How Thomas with his speed and tenacity has not found his way into the NHL is odd

Probably not available but Boone Jenner is actually someone I would go after. Won't cost us too much and would look good with Chuckie, I think.

I hope Galchenyuk keeps trying these risky plays without MT telling him to stop. He is clearly more confident out there.

When he came to scout a game in Gatineau last year, I asked him if he knows a player by the name of Claude Giroux.
He looked at me kinda dumbfounded.

Watching the pp have plays go thru pacioretty and pleks is painful.

Galchenyuk should be who should be operating the down low and side board plays

Yeah I like em 5v5 in the ozone but Galchenyuk would benifit more from the extra space on the PP

Pacioretty and Plekanec haven't done anything since eternity..

Oh c'mon. He hasn't looked him self but Pacioretty has at least a point in 9 of his last 10 games (12 points). Coming off a brutal injury with no off season training or training camp.

Subban learned the skate around the back of the net from Eller.

Nicely done.

The kid in the Koivu jersey is Claude Giroux:
