Amazing. This is what has been lacking in Winnipeg for so so so long. Love the boys this year.

They are buying into what O'Shea is saying, they are buying in for team, they are buying into winning. Love it. It's how you see depth guys like Feoli-Gudino and Jake Thomas producing since nobody is in it for themselves. It's all about the #winz

Not a pretty game by any stretch, but I'll take it.

Because for some stupid unknown reason they abandoned the run in the second half? Why? I mean NOW yes, but for the entire second half they didn't run the ball. Stupid.

Yep, they never really established the run, and that allowed Montreal to pin their ears back and blitz on every down. And it wasn't like Grigsby was really struggling, they just weren't giving him enough touches. Some questionable play calls on first down, that's for sure.

I think I startled all of Wolseley when Feoli-Guidino scored. I haven't screamed that loud since Milt's TD vs. Edmonton in 2006.

Looked like they were trying to run a play where the receiver catches a quick hitch and then they try to lateral it a bunch of times. It's a silly play, don't think I've ever seen it work in the pros. At least a hail mary has a chance of drawing a pass interference call or exploiting a stupid defender who doesn't spike the ball to the ground.

On averages, you are better off with short passes with a huge amount of laterals than throwing the hail mary (at least on big CFL field). That's why they went underneath with the intention to lateral.

It was a LONG punt at that point. It would have been questionable to get to endzone. If it did and they'd try that WPG would just have put Renaud, Harjllaruh and a catcher (a WR/Cotton/Washington) in the end zone and punt it straight back out.
