He’s been a lot better this year. Noticeably faster.

His effort is there every shift, too. He's always the first in on the forecheck, on the PK he's the chaser, he's usually pretty physical, and his motor never stops running.

Not gonna lie, I didn't like him last year at all. This year I can see him being a serviceable 4th liner, with the occasional scoring touch, and quality hard work on the PK. And yes, he's noticeably faster than last year.
