Habs having to pay 2 more seasons of almost $15m for their 4th liners Gallagher and Anderson is pretty bad.

I didnt see game 5 but what i saw they played quite well.. but that cap space right

Slaf was bad game 1 and 2 but turned t up later on.

Anderson is overpaid but hes a menace out there.

Laine had a severe hand injury and a knee problem but he was bad.

Caufield was terrible especially in game 5.

Matheson was AHL level but hes been like that for a decade.

Gallagher is finished he should retire.

Yeah the fancy stats where he can't skate more than 20 seconds and I've seen every single one of his last 300 games.

I haven't watched all of the games for every series that's over, but of the ones I did I thought Hedman and Slafkovsky looked pretty bad. Who do you think had a bad showing this year?

Guys who play that style always show up when the playoffs come around. The games get nasty and they step up to prove their worth. I can keep referencing the Isles but the 4th line they had during those 2 conference finals runs were part of the reason why they made it that far. Tampa’s Gourde/Coleman/Goodrow line was just the right mix of nasty and goal scoring.

Yup, noticed Anderson especially on the forecheck and generally creating havoc.

They aren’t good enough to score very often, that’s all. They aren’t why you lose a series, their effort is 95% of their game at this point- thems is silly answers.
