I'm pretty sure I could kick Judge's ass :)

I admire your confidence. You're hired. As for me, judging by the height difference, I am not sure that I would have the ability to literally kick Judge in the ass. At least not without going full Jose Reyes and having my hamstring explode :laugh:

I'm assuming you meant the last 7.1ip (so we can take away his stinker in New York to make his May look good), and my reasoning is because batters are still making consistent contact against him. Batters are slashing .364/.462/.864 off his slider, and he gets more swing and miss off his four seam. That's really bad, and it's unsurprisingly the worst offspeed pitch thrown by qualified relievers this season.

Compound this with the fact that Gibbons still wants him in high leverage situations.

I think this recent outing illustrates my point

I can't wait to see how he performs after facing teams a second time, but even a 1.5 war bottom of the rotation starter is better than I would have ever thought.

Like I said, he's basically been Marcus Stroman. And the IP/GS means nothing in this case.
