I loved the 2010 jerseys of Canada.

Jerseys look horrendous this year reminds me or Petro Canada and the US ones remind me of the Union train car.

What were the designers thinking?

I made this concept a while back, somewhat based on the current Czech national football kit

That's not bad, the Czech one, but it looks like a long sleeved soccer jersey.

EDIT: Just realized you said it looks like their football jersey - sorry, I'm North American and when I hear football, I think NFL or CFL.

I can't find a great photo, but I loved these Switzerland jerseys from 2010. So simple. I wish I could get my hands on one!

I loved those. I also liked the Canadian 2010 ones. Not a fan of the 2014 Canadian ones though, or USA's, or heck, even the Russian ones.

In 2010 all jerseys were good. If IOC allowed normal logos on the front it would be much better.

Germany black was the best.

All military and ceremonial outfits in Sweden are mainly blue as well... It's just tradition that keeps the jerseys yellow, nothing more.

He was actually referring to the flag, but even then, I'd think there's more blue to the flag than yellow. The cross is yellow, so it's prominent but in terms of surface area, it's blue.

I've watched the series on DVD: after hearing about how amazing it was I walked away ashamed

I do like our Sochi jerseys but the cheesy stars on the shoulders need to go.

Germany will always be number one IMO. Just looks so badass. I'm actually buying one off eBay. The Swiss jersey always makes me laugh a little, it looks like a medic on the ice to me.
