Looking for the best bars in the Triangle to watch. I know Carolina Ale House does viewings but it was hard to get in two years ago. What are HF folks favorite bars to watch?

post-game at cookout

I believe they call it "last call". One more bacon double cheeseburger before they cut you off.

I am actually loling thinking about a packed crowd watching the Canes at Bojangles

I may be wrong but I believe it's the McDonalds(?) on Western Boulevard that has a mini-jumbotron hanging over the seating area with Canes and Wolfpack logos.

Now just imagine if the Bojangles down the street bought one of those, and put an actual functioning TV screen in it on a game night...

maybe lets focus on getting a bojangles in pnc arena first, then we can start shooting for the stars

Woody's in Cary is a pretty good sports bar. I've never been there for a Canes game, but they have gear on the walls so I assume it has a game-night crowd. It's also pretty easy to get to from Raleigh... basically it's on Hillsborough St. by a different name after it crosses into Cary.

Anyone know if Rudino’s rooftop (on Strickland road, near Six Forks) is still going strong? We used to watch a lot of games there.

I particularly remember game 1 against Detroit in 2002. That place went crazy.

For home games. PNC parking lots are free and open this season for anyone, including people without tickets. Maybe start there with some tailgating and then head over to Backyard Bistro.
