Hes been spotted trying to wind up his iPhone...Tells me Benning has had his phone disconnected.
JT Miller and a 2nd to San Jose for Evander Kane and a 4th....If you really insist, we'll give you Evander Kane. He'll change the chemistry.
Canucks be interested in Gallagher?

I would say change the coach first before you mess around with the roster even more. We know how tgat worked when Benning got smart and let Tanev go just to trade for schmidt and then trade him the very next year.Like legit, what needs to change player wise in Vancouver?
Heard its not true, because Gillis was contacted by the Canucks owner. If Benning had the green light he would can Green before the yellow light"Benning has the green light do anything to save his job!"
I think he cant do anything without owners approval and it is why Green is still coaching. They want to hire the new GM so he can hire the new coach. It makes the most sense. As far as am concerned, Benning had the kiss of death when owners met up with him recently.Wouldn't all GMs have the green light to make moves that try and improve the team, or is he on thin ice with the owners and they have taken his power away?
True but am pretty sure any other GM would have fired Green 5 games ago including Benning if he still had the "green light" to do anything. The writing is on the wall for Benning and his 8 year tenure with the team. Just a matter of time before he gets the boot.So many rumours not enough actually facts.
Torts has already probably seen enough of this ownership group. They should change the coach before they change key players on this roster to clean the slate if they feel like there is some bad juju. At the very least they should consider hiring a currently unemployed coach or two with lots of experience like Tortorella or Joe Quennville etc. to provide consultation on what they see on the ice to determine their direction. They could use it as an interview process to hire their next coach as well.
