Beckett Sennecke

absolute insane this guy doesn't make canada.
With the amount skill he's been showing I think he might be closer in value to Carlsson when both players are in their primes. He's obviously has a longer development route but in his case its for being a late bloomer who's still growing.

I would love to see him get a couple games after his OHL season finishes. Put him on a line with Zegras and Carlsson and see what magic they can create

If you look around the league, a lot of the elite forwards have another elite forward to play with. McDavid/Draisaitl, Kucherov/Point, MacKinnon/Rantanen, Matthews/Nylander/Marner….

If we want Leo to reach his full potential, I do think he’s going to need another elite talent to complement him.

Gauthier-Leo-Sennecke

If those 3 turn out to be as good as I think they can be and actually have chemistry together, we could have the best line we’ve iced since the Getz/Perry days…

I can't see the Gens ending their season before the Ducks. Unless the Gens bow out early or the Ducks make playoffs.

No, if he gets the call it will be to dump and chase with grinders and to learn to play defense. Creating magic is absolutely not allowed.

If Zegras does (for some reason, this seems like a pure nothingburger) go to Colorado, you'd think PV would target Calum Ritchie, Sennecke's running mate in Osh

Interesting news about Demidov recently. SKA is forcing Demidov to sit and trying to stop him from coming over to NA.

This highlights why Sennecke is a better choice for the Ducks.

I mean, that's a bit hyperbolic.

He's having a historic KHL season as well as breaking the U-20 KHL scoring record previously held by Kaprizov. The guy is well on his way to being a star in the NHL. He's going to MTL next season either way once his contract ends in May.

He was going to be able to join Montreal for the playoffs but they are preventing that because he wants to leave

He won't, because he is the last and only cash cow for the KHL and the motherland doesn't want to lose him. If he comes, it will be in a defection-move (which would all but certainly get his family have "accidents") or for some cold hard cash from the Hab's, off any radar.
