I dunno. That's a tough catch.

His arm strength is absolutely an issue on the balls to the outside. He's floating most of them.
A bit, nice play by the safety there. Still to me your receiver has to have that. Catch with the hands and not let that get to your shoulder pads.

It is funny to see after years and years some people still have the same misconceptions on talking about arm strength talk. Having strong arms isn't about being able to throw a well timed deep ball that arcs to the WRs. It can about zipping a ball in quick to a short curl.

People used to say Orton had a bad arm. Orton had a strong arm. He just sucked at timing and accuracy on deep throws

Bagent really shows you all the problems Justin has. His arm strength is absolutely a problem, but he still looks like he understands the pocket and the reads more in 2 starts as a D2 UDFA than Justin.

I think it's borderline impossible to evaluate anyone right now. This team is just so f***ing flawed, and there are so many problems from one series to another... I hate being a Bears' fan.

There are 100% problems but you can tell with Bagent.. even when its going like bad around him, he atleast makes the offense look somewhat functional

I think coaching is still the absolute biggest problem for this team on offense. I don't think the QB matters, until you actually bring in the right people to coach these players. Well coached teams don't do the things the Bears do on a weekly basis.

I agree coaching is the absolute #1 problem.

Eberflus has 20 losses in 1.5 seasons as a Bears head coach. It took Nagy 3 full seasons to get to 20 losses. Eberflus is making me miss Matt Nagy and I am not happy about that.

What happens first: Eberflus is fired or the Bears win back-to-back games?

B2B games starting next week. Saints then Panthers should be W's.

Hard to tell what will happen with the Saints. Looks like they struggled against the run against Indy, which will help the Bears. I'll lean towards a Bears loss here.

The Carolina game might not be the gimme it looks like. Carolina had a brutal schedule in the first 6 games (road games vs. Miami, Detroit and Seattle included) and now their schedule gets significantly easier going forward. I could see them putting a little win streak together, and maybe even win against the Bears in 2 weeks.
