I didn't see anyone else comment on the signing, but Al-Quadin Muhamad is a solid rotational player.
Rotation? He started every game and had 2nd behind their DT in sacks and QB hits. Think he is who they'll have starting opposite Quinn.

I just don't know NFL contract numbers anymore. Seemed cheap for that too at 5mil a year.

Idk why they trade Quinn unless a big deal happens, you want pieces you know but don't trade guys still capable of bring a big piece in your system.

I'm going off memory--I thought he was a rotational lineman with the Colts and would swap in based on down and distance, but he still played a lot and was usually noticeable in a good way.

4 year deal is nowhere near a garuntee to end the career with that team for a 34 year old QB in this era

Gotta figure this signing indicates Eberflus wants players he knows. I'd look for a trade to happen.

If a team offers Poles a deal he can't refused, then sure you move Quinn but I think Poles would be just as happy to keep him and have him keep pressure off of Gipson. So if I was Poles, if you want Quinn, a 2nd rd pick and a 4th or 5th, would be the asking price, otherwise there is no need to move Quinn just to move him.

That’s a zero downside move for the Colts. Even if Ryan sucks, it cost them a third. Big whoop. Realistically should make them a playoff team.
Gonna be interesting to see who makes the playoffs in the AFC next year. The following teams did not make the playoffs last year;
LAC (Hebert), Den (R Wilson), Clev (D Watson?), Indy (M Ryan) and Balt (L Jackson). None of those who did make it last year have taken much, if any, of a back step (exc Pit).
