It would be nice if the NFL could at least become consistent on calls. It feels like some of these refs definitely will favor one team over another.

I'll give the front 7 a solid B+ tonight, they were bad early but are keeping this "game" manageable.

It’s one thing to have differing opinions, but he just digs in so hard and goes to extremes to try and prove himself right.

All year, he’s ripping Fields every time the guy makes a mistake then comes up with obscure stats to “prove” Fields is bad. Then gets mad when people try to explain why he’s off base.

If Dalton or Foles had underthrown a wide open WR there you and others would be trashing them

It was not a good throw and it cost Bears what should have been 7 pts

Your inability to understand why it was not a good throw is an example of someone digging to prove himself right no matter the evidence against your stance

Also Fields has been been not good there is no defending his play as anything but disappointing even with all the issues

Given price Bears paid to draft him the expectations for him to at least show some level of play to justify his selection is not difficult bar to reach

The fact that you can’t understand that a rookie in his 8th game has different expectations than a vet with about a decade of experience is dumbfounding.

The fact that you don't understand that this is the NFL and it's time to put up or shut up is dumbfounding. Everyone understands he's a rookie. That doesn't make it any more acceptable.
Hold him to the same standard you would an 11 year vet.

You're making excuses for Fields.
