I seem to remember an OL that the Bears had that got offer sheeted as an RFA.

Probably thinking of C Casey Wiegmann who was starting C for two years but Bears let depart via FA because they wanted Kreutz to start at C (After using 3rd round pick on him a year before)

Wiegmann spent next 11 years as Chiefs and Broncos starting C including one Pro Bowl appeareance

Kreutz though was superior player so it was right move
