I hope theire is a left tackle to take with their first pick. I never liked Braxton Jones and we still need an upgrade there. If not then a d lineman. Keep fortifying the trenches. Glad they are finally doing it but it is criminal how Poles has taken so long to address this, especially being a former o lineman.

Membou could be an option. RT in college, but the more knowledgeable OL people say he has the attributes to play either side. Simmons could be a long term option, but is extremely unlikely to replace anyone in the short term given that he's coming off a bad knee injury. I don't think Campbell is a T in the NFL, given that his wing span is so short I don't think his hands touch when he hugs someone.

I think the value for OL and DL is with the 2nd round picks this year. Assuming Carter and Graham are off the board. Weak year for OT. I expect Jones will play LT.

I am 100% on team trade down. Accumulate extra picks. If you won't trade down from #10, at least trade down from #39 or #41.

Without any QBs worth trading up for, I doubt you see many teams making the effort to trade up. Everything is aligning for the Bears taking Jeanty and I'm all about it. If Oakland ends up taking Jeanty like a lot of people are saying lately then just take who you think is the best OL.

Don’t understand the Texans trading tunsil

For a team that had really bad offensive line play, yeah, that just makes no sense on any level. They turned Stroud from what looked like maybe a new top tier QB to just a guy.

The Bears have addressed the 2 areas most needing improvement - the inside O-line and the D-line. Each of the 5 players are better than what the Bears had last year with the exception of Jenkins but Jenkins couldn't stay on the field and needed to be replaced. Well done.

I have no idea what the cap space situation is at now. I think the only non-depth positions that need filling are WR3, LB3 for 4-3 formations, and swing tackle. Safety if you count a backup to Brisker as non-depth because of injury risk.

The last piece on offense that Johnson had in Detroit but doesn’t here is Jameson Williams. Not even saying the Bears need a guy as talented as him, but they could use a pure burner deep thread like him.

Well, after we draft Jeanty that is.

Definitely need a burner. Scott doesn't seem to be it, and they need someone who can take the top off AND track the ball in the air. They're batting 0/2 with speedsters because neither Scott nor Jones Jr. could track the ball. I feel like that's a draft pick though.

Yeah, third round pick ideally.
