You’re kidding me right?
I think the Bears end up in the same situation they're in right now if they fire Poles after this year. Cannot saddle a new GM with a QB that he didn't pick.

You don't like Williams so you're fine giving up on a 1OA QB after one season, right?

You fire the GM that's a signal you don't think Williams is the guy.

They need 4 new lineman for next year.... the GM former Lineman has failed that.

Theres no defense to keep or fear in letting poles go. Nonsense scenarios don't count

Perfect timing for nephews watching "Christmas Story" today - seeing the scene where the Old Man talks about the Chicago Bears - terror of the Midway (sarcastically) - "Chicago Chipmunks maybe but Bears - never."

Jones didn't seem that devastated, considering. Given that it's only 2 games left, we might not see him again this season, but it didn't look like an injury that might affect his next season.

Smartest guy in the room syndrome. From a guy who wasn’t even good himself somehow thought he could bargain bin shop an entire offensive line.
Totally this, was patting himself on the back for drafting Jones in 5th round and locking him in at LT, not realizing you were playing a 5th round talent at maybe the most important non QB position

Well now we are finding out

Poles loved our depth

We had a deep pool of talent he brought in according to himself
I dont think that statement he made was false. It's just not accepting it's still horrible. The best we've had can be true if it's still awful.

I'll take that over unmovable contracts. He could and should be gone next season.

It’s money that should have been spent basically anywhere else. We don’t even use our stud TE as is he wasn’t needed for anything.

lol of course as I type that Kmet scores too

Nice playcall. It's like when Waldron also tricked the defense with a heavy formation, except not by doing the dumbest thing imaginable by handing the ball to Kramer.

By the looks of that XP I’d say Santos is a lock from at least 43 today. Anything further out may be a bit risky.

Yeah, I mean, it's never GOOD to spend $5.5M on a player who is just bad at this point.

It's just nowhere near as bad as the Edmunds signing.
