I kinda like Brady. No idea how he would be as a HC, but he has been a big name in coach hiring for a while. Bombed out in Carolina, but so did Thomas Brown. The 2019 national championship means nothing to me. He was the passing game coordinator, and that team was ridiculously stacked.
Still, young, seemingly good offensive mind. He's not on Ben Johnson's level of sustained and proven success, but I'd take Brady over a good number of other people.
Cautiously hopeful about Brown. Really strong opponents from when he entered until the end of the season will be a good trial run. I think people feel more certain about his leadership ability compared to Johnson and Brady, but I also think the offense has to keep humming for the rest of the season for him to have a chance.
