Bakersfield is just mucking this game up. Nullifying our chances pretty well and countering. Lot of goonery. Dell is a bit below the skill level of our normal goalies.

2-0 after one, we do have a power play to start the second.

Refs miss a trip on Frisch, Bakersfield score again.

Bystedt finally puts us on the board. 4-1 is the score.

The game is completely breaking down, these refs are absolute trash.

Cuda just can’t seem to figure out how to break down what Bakersfield is doing, it’s mostly man coverage and then a collapse to the net. The Gulls are similar. Still 4-1 after two. Not really optimistic. Frustrating watch, especially with Bakersfield’s trashy play.

In that scrum earlier Brown actually cheapshotted Vincent again, from behind this time.

4-2 is your final. The Roadrunners are still my least favorite team to play (we haven’t faced them yet) but man if this Condors team isn’t going to give them a run for their money. Just an absolutely unlikable bunch.

Dell was… okay. That third goal he allowed was a headscratcher especially. Naturally their goalie Delia did well, I’m sure Nollenberger called him “outstanding” or something.

Casey Terreri and Philip Kasko were your referees and I’m going to be watching for them in future games, they basically just ignored a bunch of stuff early and surprise, the game got out of hand in the second. Nice job guys.

I thought that might be the case but I wasn't sure and I couldn't verify because any attempts to access the earmarked live feeds is blocked for me anyways since TSN airs it in Canada.

I am going to make a thread then because it's a fun tournament, has a surprising amount of Shark-related content, and I think it deserves more love, especially for people that are either WJC'd out or, on the flip side of the equation, feel like 4 junior games every day for like a week and a half isn't enough hockey

Hey, we're on local TV in Vegas. Usually means a better quality broadcast.

Henderson wearing jerseys with Star Wars Rebel helmets on them, they are the "Jedi Knights" for their Star Wars game. It's an improvement on their usual look I'd say.

Had to switch to the Henderson feed, Nollenberger's audio is way ahead of the video.

Vincent took a few cross-checks from behind and labored to the bench early on. That guy's been taking a beating lately. He didn't miss a shift, though. Fourth line has been getting good offensive pressure ever since they've been reunited but haven't shown back up on the scoresheet yet.

I'm starting to feel like the refs think he has it coming or something. Bakersfield targeted him all last weekend and we got no calls from it, now today isn't any different.

Looked like Justin Bailey took a shot off the hand late, will have to keep an eye out for him.
