As important as the points are, it sounds like he is playing the right way. For a skilled rookie this is big. It often takes sometime for this buy-in to happen.

Lavoie currently on a tear. 7-3-10 in his last 6 games including scoring tonight. 3-0 Henderson after 2. IF we add a goalie at the deadline, I almost wonder if we should try to sneak Pickard down to Bako because neither Rodrigue (0.906sv%) nor Delia (0.902sv%) are solid #3's for a playoff run in case of a goalie injury.

I wonder what if anything they’d have to add to swap Rodrigue for Cayden Primeau now that Primeau has cleared waivers. Seems like the org has almost given up on Rodrigue, and a swap like that would give us a more veteran #3 who’s got a handful of NHL experience. Benefit for the Habs would be getting a younger, cheaper(one way vs two way contract) local guy who could still have potential to grow into a role there.

When I saw him play a few years ago with Farjestads(sp) I liked what I saw. I know he had injuries in UNI but I thought he has bounced back
