John Shannon was on Stauffer last week and said Babcock is a great man. Great with family and those around him in the community. When it flips is when he is given power, than he becomes a different person. Dictatorial was the word used
Knowing what I know, I would concur.

I will say that IF Babs can put the toxic BS behind him, I’m excited to see what he can do just from a coaching perspective.

The more I’ve read about him, the more I understand why the core players would’ve given the green light on him.

Smart coach with X and O’s, adapts to personnel he has, gives players actual roles, demands accountability, is intense and has won at every level.

I can see why the players and management would be sold on him.

Just hope he puts the BS shenanigans behind him and redeems himself.

Everytime a media outlet has wanted to talk about Babcock since his time Toronto, Commodore has been the go to guy. If you disagree you are being disengenuous. The evidence is out there.

This week alone I listened to him on 3 different media outlets talking about Babcock’s behaviour, yet Commodore hasn’t been in the league himself since 2012. He absolutely has a vendetta (and probably rightly so) but he ironically shows the very hatred that he rails against.

The next time Mike Commodore is on a show talking about Babcock’s behaviour yet again will be too soon.
I completely agree he is the go-to guy but what I’m saying is that nobody has said the word “Babcock” in years. After the uproar died down from the Columbus disaster, did you hear Commodore trying to keep the outrage going to stay in the public eye? I sure don’t think so. If you’re sick of hearing from him, I get it. He’s a very quotable guy so every Joe Schmoe with a microphone is chasing him. But I objected to you claiming Commodore has made it his personal cottage industry. I don’t believe that.
