I think the trauma is more recent. I remember arguing with everyone here about Zadina, Svech, and Cholo.

Now, Imma gonna jinx it by saying that I like this kid, he's the real deal, and has the potential of replacing Gus next season.

I think so too. He's a mini-EK65 from what I've seen from him so far in his early career.

So he instigated a fight and got the other guy kicked out of the game, lol. Punching a guy wearing a full cage is kinda dumb, but it worked out for him.
Unless something happened prior to the video shown, the clip starts with Groenlund pushing ASP behind (and into) the net. How exactly is that ASP instigating anything?

I dunno about the SHL, but in the NHL the first guy to throw a punch gets 2 minutes for instigating regardless of what happened prior. The ref didn't raise his arm until ASP took a swing, ASP got a penalty for roughing.

Freakin' slacker. Cossa needs to man up and start a goalie fight.
Imagine team with ASP, MBN , Mazur, Kasper, Veleno, Rasmussen, Seider , Edvinsson, leading by Larkin. It's a tough team and Cossa better start taking boxing classes .

You know Cossa is 6'6" 230 lbs. That's heavyweight class enforcer, lol. I want him to go full Hextall on the opponents.

For those of you who don't remember Ronnie:

I'd be happier if he could stop pucks as well as Hextall. You don't have to go all the way back to Ronnie's day to find a goalie who could fight. Ray Emery was always looking for a reason to whale on someone just 15-20 years ago.

Emery was a gem (rip). As a Sault Ste Marie resident... beyond lucky to have watched Razor and Lehner beat the crap out of other players for a few years.

They just need to come up to the big leagues ....I am tired of waiting for a team that is hard to play against EVERY NIGHT.

A little Emery sequence

Never like boxing, but fight on ice is something else, love it. Also it was Roy fights against 2 Red Wings goalie and Hasek wanted to get in one, but change his mind and falls

It was just the first name to pop into my head, lol. Not sure who's crazier, those 2 were both headcases. If Cossa starts beating up skaters, he'll be my favorite player.
