I dont know how there shouldn't be an asterisk next to the cup whoever wins it this year when things are being decided by covid. Thanks to covid Avs are gonna finish 2nd and whatever happens in the 1st round, and if the Avs Vegas play in the 2nd round, Vegas gonna have a home ice advantage. And the way this series is shaping up to be, it's gonna go to 7 games and thanks to covid, Avs will lose in the 2nd round again because they didn't have a home ice.

Hesitated to call it but... little sense of urgency? Mebbe? Or as others are saying, Avs played well if it weren't for all those goals. I think the Avs have played up to mediocrity this eve.

The Knights have played even better since Reaves hasn’t been in the line up. Outside of being a fan favorite (he does a lot for the Vegas community off the ice) he literally brings nothing to the ice.

Yup. Vegas' 4th line was awful and when some people were worried about Reaves and his physical play, they were worried about how they'd keep up with the Avs bottom six.

We're seeing the opposite effect for the Avs now. Injuries are obviously a factor and the 4th line isn't why they're losing these games but they're getting absolutely nothing from that line. On top of that, O'Brien is taking penalties and hurting the team in that way as well.

Although the Blues did spank us O’Reilly’s hatrick was a joke. First one was an assist to Devon Toews who scored on his own goal. The third was an empty netter.

Umm. During the span of those 2 games MacK was -5 while RoR was +4. They played most of the time during the games mano a mano. If that is not spanking in hockey then I do not really comprehend what is...
