Ironic that in the rumour/trade thread we've been saying for the last day (the majority at least) that Girard is untouchable and he has played so great. And then he does one of the worst f***ups of his season the very next game.

I like our broadcast mate (Altitude) - through espn (horrible service). I then open Discord / NHL Half Boards, X & FB to send / receive messages. I stream it on my tele mostly.

There have been times when I was half tempted to open up a discord channel just for HFAvs to watch games on.

If we could synch the feeds it would be wild and uncontrollable in the best possible way. But with everyone being so far off on feed times it would just be a shit-show in practice.

True, true...there are already pretty big Discord channels for games - the old AVS official board created one....so holla if you're ever interested. I've personally never joined it, but might if some of us do.

I don't mind our broadcast for a game.

It's just way too much to listen to and watch for 82 games... for me. It's just way too positive, way too juvenille, and they treat their audience like they know absolutely nothing about the game. There is no effort to teach, when they actually show a replay, it's not the replay the on-air personalties are trying to talk about. Their production is much worse than what many high school AV club nerds could do.
