Trouba really needed to shoot that chance late. Grubauer was flopping all over the place and Kakko had 3 guys on him in front. These guys need to start shooting in those types of scenarios or at least half of the time. Seems like no matter who it is on this team anytime they get that chance they pass it 99% of the time.

Another point and Strome hits 40. DeAngelo over 30 tonight.

Hopefully Lindgren isn't that banged up. Hajek is skating again but if he can't go--maybe we'll see Rykov.

Rangers playing well tonight. Igor's been good. It's a tough team to play against your first game.

Losing Lindgren is fine. Time to see more of the other guys. Plenty of options between Libor, Rykov, and Eager Kangaroo.

Igor has been fine what we need from him is to not let up that one bad one that’s been haunting hank and Georgiev lately. Not much he can do on the goals against. But I love everything about this kid. Love the aggressiveness he’s on top of his crease. Love his movements this is just the beginning. This is such a good offense he’s facing just get the win kid.
 
I feel like there has been almost nothing to judge Igor on so far, he had no chance on all of the goals, maybe you could argue the breakaway but it was MacKinnon.
 
Grubauer has been all over the place. Just keep shooting. Avs can take Georgiev and Kreider home with them too, just leave us Alex Newhook.

I don’t like the hit at all. If the league is going to do anything about concussions they have to work on the “third man” hits. When the guy is getting checked he can’t protect himself against a third guy. I’m not saying a guy can’t be hit but the hitter has to be held to a higher standard. Just like when a guy is facing the boards.
I’d guess 80% of all head injuries on those kind of hits.

Everytime I think about that we acquired Strome for Spooner that we acquired for 10 games of Rick Nash I smile like the joker.
