How old was Kovy?

19 and he was infuriating to watch early in his career. He tried to deke the entire opposing team every other shift. I still say kovalev skill level was 600 + goals. He's the Darryl Strawberry of hockey.

Also that really f***ing pisses me off that Lindgren now is likely going to miss games because Kadri took exception to what was IMO a clean hit. If DPS comes back and suspends Lindgren, I will temper my anger, but if they absolve him of wrongdoing I will be SUPER pissed off.

Good point tho if you recall, he used to drive Keenan and the rest of the coaching staff nuts as he would always overstay his shifts and do some knucklehead shit. But we all say the talent he had which was pretty phenomenal.

I'll tell ya what, we should all hope and pray that Kakko has as good a career that Kovalev had. If Kakko does that, we'll all be ecstatic as Kovalev to this day might be one of the top 5 most talented players who ever played for the Rangers in their history!.
