Plenty of evidence. Refs can just start waving off 50/50s, turn it over to reviews, and say inconclusive, let the league issue a statement post game. They are setting a horrible precedent this playoffs. As they said, the call on the ice was the deciding factor, not enough evidence either way to know for 100% certainty to overrule the ref that saw it live. It happens (and yes I agree it was a good goal, just rules are rules, shrug)
Binnington? Please don’t throw it at me!Where's my water bottle lol.
I'm not siding with King Henrik on this one.Hank saying Gerogiev doesn't try to get back in position and Makar pushes him but still calls it a no-goal lol
Hank still a part of the goalie union.
Duchene's skates dragged Georgiev's goal stick away from him.
yeah but the goalie shouldn't be able to run into players outside of the paint. The only contact was initiated outside the paintDuchene does bump skates but he's outside the blue the whole time & Makar bumps him in.
To me the bigger issue here is just determining what is/isn't goaltender interference. Because Hank is right that Georgiev doesn't have a chance to make the save, but Duchene is outside the blue paint & gets pushed in. Carter is right there's not much he can do.
There's no doubt, the way he waved it off looked sooo bad.Paul Bissonette insinuating ref on draft kings betting lol
I rebuke you in Jesus naMeGood call by the NHL.
A billion dollar organization doesn't make mistakes.
Way to not know the rules. Congrats! It was the right call, there was contact
Did Makar put the goalstick between his legs too? Just because he's outside the crease doesn't mean you can impede the goaltender by dragging his stick.Yes. Because Makar pushed him into him. Quit the defending, your team is lucky to still be playing.
I'm sure there's one lol. But yeah, that's wild.Someone seriously thinks that the correct call was made?
odds on Bissonette finishing these playoffs?Paul Bissonette insinuating ref on draft kings betting lol
Duchene's skates dragged Georgiev's goal stick away from him.
