For the most part, Lindgren seems like a good fit. I still think Dumo's size might have been a better fit but he's a better puck handler than I thought.

He's also a better skater than Dumoulin.

Idk, through a couple of games I haven't minded Lindgren.

Wave after wave of relentless attack. The 2nd line has a perfect blend of size, playmaker and finish. What a freaking sight to see.

Now, the top line still played way too much for my liking (MacKinnon almost 26 minutes, including 20 at 5v5) but I'm just the sliiiiightest bit hopeful come playoff time Bednar doesn't double down on his "Top guys go" mantra he's gotten WAY too used to as a coaching crutch the last 2.5 seasons.

I've definitely done that before. I always feel like an asshole because I hate when that shit happens to us. Well when they do it on purpose, anyway.

It was an honest mistake and most of them are cool about it. But one guy had to write that I probably didn't like all the times the Leafs "owned" the Avs.

It tempted me to respond that I totally liked Sakic and Landy hoisting Cups and how awesome it is as a fan to see your team win....but I'll keep my powder dry for now.
