for all of the people saying our playoffs are on the line this game, do you not watch any other hockey outside of the jets at all?

3 days ago, Montreal won on the road against New Jersey. I mean, aside from the usual arguments in favor of blowing up New Jersey, should New Jersey be blowing things up?

I think I'd blame Pionk on that more than Barron but it's on both. Pionk moreso because at least if he stayed on the guy in front of the net then the puck carrier up the wall still has to beat Hellebuyck on a bad angle shot. He did need to change man to the guy on the wall but he also needs to make sure he's not leaving a guy all alone in front.
Didn't Samberg leave the guy out front?

Realistically there's basically no chance the Jets miss at this point but the broadcast began with saying how close the West is with the Jets being 2pts out of 1st in the Central and only 5pts from being 9th in the conference. I think the narrative is from the media.

Very important game re the standings and making the playoffs…. And the Jets fold like a cheap tent. They have the talent to be a top team, but they have no mental fortitude when to going gets tough.

Mental fortitude.... ???

How about no character...

Spineless invertebrates...

Farts... when the winds take them...

Fair weather players...

They identify as "no post season"... "club polishers"...

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to debate with you on that point when I literally said it's not a must-win game but a nice win game. I feel like Jim Carrey in the Truman show... who are you talking to? What are you talking about?

I'm saying it's not even close. Not even close. As in, every game right now is just about as equally nice to win. And you know exactly who I'm arguing with, I'm the only one on the forum that hasn't got you on ignore yet, so who else could it be?

and you know exactly what I've said. If you think this team is a bunch of losers and not even playoff worthy, go out there and make your easy fortune.

Thanks. I thought that Pionk did over commit on that one as well as on the first Avs goal. I realize that the forward has responsibilities too but Pionk (among others) is reverting to the "Bad" Neal. I MO.
