Personally I like the subtle changes to the jerseys vs the old ones (no blue strip etc)
It still has that great jersey feel without being a complete copy of the past, old yet new.

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. They just look bare to me. This just makes it look a lot better imo.

Eh, I'm a fan of both. When you put on a nameplate + numbers +A/C's it looks much better, as do most jerseys.
I would love to see that blue stripe on the away jerseys.
The only thing I really dislike about the new uniforms are when they put an "A" patch on the front of the home jersey. Without any black in it, it just looks washed out or something. But that's kinda nitpicky on my part, still love these new uniforms. I keep harrassing the guys over at Daily Faceoff because they're still using the old ones and have updated nearly all the other lineup jerseys.

Money is tight for me right now but I'm bound and determined to get a Rantanen home sweater by the end of the year. I feel a bit of urgency because I really do think this'll be the final season we have in the NHL before sponsor patches get put on the jerseys. It's gonna happen, and soon.
Of course the moment I get one I'm sure there'll be an offseason contract stalemate and possible trade rumblings....

I really doubt it'll be that soon. And if it were there's no way they'd have sponsored logos on jerseys sold to fans.

I mean, he could, but it wouldn't have the sponsors, and that would make them angry.

Man I was going to get a Rants Jersey this year but I think I'm leaning to a SammyG instead. The future is bright in Avs country.

Kind of wishful thinking but I hope Adidas releases some throwback jerseys like they did with the NBA with the Adidas Orginals logo on it. I would love to pick up a Roy or Forsberg one if they ever went down that road.

I just got my Rantanen 3rd (Authentic Pro) today and good Lord this thing is gorgeous.
My jersey history:
Holden #3 - Home (Premier) (jersey foul, my surname and favourite number)
Duchene #9 - Home (EDGE) (figured he'd be a franchise player so I'd spend the big bucks on an EDGE jersey on him)
Roy #33 - Home (CCM Vintage) (decided to finally get a jersey that I had wanted since childhood, it was between Roy and Sakic, and since Roy was coaching the team at the time... )
