It has to be the change in weather here because my left leg is throbbing. I can feel all 3 injuries I’ve had over the years. I guess it’s time to pop an 800mg Motrin and put lidocaine patches on.

We had an outdoor party yesterday. Pretty much on my feet 12 hours. Knee blew up like a grapefruit.
Celebrex or just resting, swelling is down. I really need to make it to surgery Dec 16

Can't take it easy.... selling my business at the end of the year, so pushing it as much as possible.

And wife is having foot surgery, so that limits my time for a couple weeks as I have to be home

Beauty day today. A little too warm for my liking, but absolutely gorgeous. Celebrated my niece's 3rd birthday early. The trees are absolutely just marvelous out there.

Also got to spend a short time by Lake Quannapowitt. I need to head back and spend more time there.

And then I walked to the cemetery to visit my grandparents. The trees were letting me know they were with me.
