This won't be pretty. I think Austria were lucky against the USA that it wasn't worse with all the posts and such. I'm going 17-1 here

They need to. That line has been pretty quiet in my opinion.
They were pretty quiet in pool play at the U18's(that includes Henriksson on their line), difference now aside from Henriksson is that everywhere else has been beefed up.

Anyway, Wallstedt should get this game. I expect Austria to have a very hard time scoring against him.

Austria has no fuel to resist longer than for the first period. Their roster is full of underage players, they have got some talent but need to get stronger and overall develop their game. I expect them to be much more dangerous the next year.

Sweden doesn't usually run up the score. Only gone double digits once past 10 years in the group stages, a 10-0 win against Norway in the 2014 tourney.

Why no 2 pm game today? Was getting spoiled through the beginning of this second lockdown. Need my 3 game fix. lol

Sweden could surpass the US count, but they’ll have to start early. I personally don’t think they’ll get a dozen. Historically, it’s been very hard for teams to get more than around 13 or 14 (though we all know that Canada/German game was a perfect storm for a slaughter to happen). Also don’t forget the US went in to that Austria game in a bad mood.

Its called LAGOM.
Not too much and Not too little.

So, the score will be LAGOM. Apart from that they wouldn't feel comfy with high score.

A realization that I had a few years ago regarding these lopsided encounters is that Sweden isn’t really even playing Austria today. They are actually playing the US. In other words, they aren’t concerned about scoring more goals than Austria, they are looking at scoring more than the US did against Austria.
