>Goul will enjoy 10 mins a night for the next few weeks and will be praised for his "heart", "heavy style of play", and "energy"

>NAK will be an on and off scratch with Weise and will be sent down to the AHL by Thanksgiving.

>Knight will come off IR.

>Goul-Lehtera-Knight will be our 4th line. It won't be a horrendous line, but it won't ever be something to think twice about. Even so, Duck Helmstead will love them.

>3rd line will be Lindblom-Weal-Simmonds. Lindblom will be our coach's whipping boy; he will be the first one stapled to the bench in any close game because he isn't doing a good enough job of dragging an overrated Weal (how can someone be overrated when they're bad? You tell me) and 5v5 liability in Simmonds around the ice. He will average 9 mins a night, less than Lehtera and Knight, and only a little more than Goul.

Ghoul - 12 minutes a night, more than TK, Lindblom and PAtrick

NAK - will play one game, 6 minutes, have a bad shift. Then scratched for 8 games before being sent down

Hextall needs to get hip to the fact that his coach is messing up his draft choices. If this is being done in order to create accountability, Hakstol is a coward. He should pull this crap with a veteran like Voracek when he screws up and see how the locker room works him. No wonder Ghost laughs at the guy. This is as bad of a coaching philosophy as Ive seen with the Flyers since the beginning. Its the stuff that you expected out of the Leafs with Cherry, Islanders with Snow and other chicken **** organizations. Its horrendous how the Flyers have fallen.
Firing someone is not an easy thing to do. Its an admission of failure. The person failed in the job that they were given and the person who put them there has to admit that they failed in picking the right person for that position. None the less, Hakstol's failures are now becoming Hextall's ones. The only way to clear this up is for Hextall to end this by doing the right thing and letting Hakstol go. It can't be any fun for Hakstol to go to work knowing that his team has turned on him and so have the fans. Hextall needs to put him out of his misery and let him go for everyone's sake.

Goul is just a body, you want Rubtsov or Vorobyev to rot in the press box?
NAK was called up to play, probably to replace Weise.
If he looks good enough, he makes it easier to trade Smmonds.

Vorobyev was sent down because he sucks and needs more AHL time.
Which is obvious to anyone who actually watched the games.

The fact the the Flyers this season - have been in their eyes, forced to not play any new kids some meaningful minutes should be more an sign that their way of developing is flawed, as opposed to the kids "sucking".

Fine. Vorobyev was not ready, that's a failure on Hakstol's part. Hexy said years ago that when a young player is ready to play the entire season, they would be put on the big club. Vorobyev was deemed ready out of camp. Now ten games into the season he's not? Somebody ****ed up in their evaluation; send them down to LV at the same time. If Vorobyev hasn't developed over the last few weeks and has played tentatively in games, maybe that's on the coach and his staff.

Hopefully Aube-Kubel is here to stay and Vorobyev comes back once Hakstol is gone. Not going to get my panties in a bunch over Goulbourne. #EarnTomorrow
