As a favor to me can we start making distinctions when we say "Media"

I've seen a ton of comments on multiple platforms about how the Kings media doesn't ask the hard questions.

I can't promise that anything written in this thread will wind up being asked to anybody of consequence but put any question in this thread and let's see what happens.

And I know it will be ignored but feel free to NOT ask "dur hur why do they suck" etc

I just started listening to your podcast this week Jesse; enjoying it so far. Thanks for all the interviews you do and we appreciate your desire to grow as a interviewer. I've bugged you on this question before, but I'll try again.

Game 7 against Edmonton last year. We called up Byfield, Spence, and Vilardi to have them watch from the rafters while the Reign were also in a pivotal series and could have used them all.

What was the thought process behind this? Who made that call? Did they believe Athanasiou/Stecher/Edler would give a better chance to win? Did that person believe sitting and watching the Kings would be better for development over playing top minutes in the AHL playoffs?

It was obvious in the summer LA had a glut of offensive right handed PMD in Doughty, Spence, Clarke, and Durzi. So why were Walker and Roy kept?
