For those that subscribe, worth it?
I rate it, good content if you follow multiple sports it's definitely worth it, if it's just for the Habs. I'd say no.

Problem is, these subscriptions never end.

I am particularly interested in NHL draft and NFL draft coverage.

The quality is not what it used to be, other than the NFL Draft coverage which continues to be great. They've let go a large portion of their top writers over the past year or two.

Still, I'd probably say it's worth it provided you take advantage of one of their sales.

When it goes on sale for a dollar a month for the year I pick it up. It's nice to have some reading when needed.

Also for anyone out there. When I tried to cancel my sub a while back, they offered a $1/month plan to convince me to stay.

If anyone is paying more for it, you might want to go through the cancellation process and see if they're still doing this.

How do you cancel it? I tried to do so but couldn't figure out where to go. Hopefully I receive the same offer.

It's been a while but I think I had to do it on their website under account settings as opposed to the app.

Just remember to either cancel prior to your one year anniversary or contact them to negotiate the next year's rate. Otherwise you will be automatically renewed at the full rate!

Chat with the NYT and they’ll eventually give you an all access subscription for a reasonable price. For the crossword/games and their recipes section ( :naughty: ) it is worth it.
