yo old soorbrockon
I can assume that most of you heard of Jamal Musiala by now. If not, get ready for the German answer to Ronaldo, Messi and Co. This kid rekindled my passion for soccer. Imo he'll be our Zidane.

Here is some tape:

Welcome to Stadium Name in Queens.

New York City officials have reached an agreement to build the city’s first professional soccer stadium, the centerpiece of a giant mixed-use development that would transform a long-underutilized waterfront section of Queens.

The 25,000-seat stadium for the New York City Football Club is slated to rise on city land by 2027 in the Willets Point neighborhood of Queens, across the street from the right field foul pole of Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets, Mayor Eric Adams and the soccer team’s officials confirmed on Tuesday.

The stadium, the first significant major-league sports venue to be built in the city since 2012, will be the focal point of a 23-acre project that includes a 250-room hotel and 2,500 units of housing that city officials claims will be the city’s largest development of entirely affordable housing since the Michell-Lama developments of the 1970s.

780m projected costs which the club will pay. One of the better stadium deals in this country in a long time. Taxpayers wont be paying for it, although the club wont pay tax on the land when its completed.

Does this mean they are finally removing the chop shops from that area?

Seems pretty low energy in here for the first USMNT World Cup game in 8 years but perhaps missing last time cut into casual viewership for NHL fans

Let's go USA. Should have some decent depth coming off the bench if needed which could be big

I didn't go into the office this week but my company reserved the main meeting room which has a big screen TV for a few matches each week and are even catering it.

Also have the US not scored a goal in like 5 games leading up to the WC? It much confidence going into this . Hope they can at least get some results against Wales and Iran because England looks good (for now)

Also Garett Bale looks yuge , raised on sheep milk

Pulisic gripping the bat a bit tight, some poor passes but nice runs with the puck on his stick.

Which thread am I in again?

that’s a 2018 Mika slap shot 30 feet wide :)
