I don't look at the standings regularly but I did just now and I gotta say... WHOA!!! We suck even much more than I knew we did.

3.5% chance of getting McDavid? I love that title. But that's wishful thinking. Right now we're the 10th worst team. My dream would be Zacha. But if there is one good year to be bad it's 2015. 10th overall pick? We could still get a very good prospect, such as the aforementioned Zacha, or Barzal, or Rantanen, or one of the d-men that come after Hanifin, etc...

Yep, it came down to the Ducks and Pens. The Pens won and took Crosby, Ducks took Ryan, then Carolina took Johnson.

Aussuming the Kings (54 points) are incapable of catching Oilers/Sabres.... 37/33 points today.... they still need to drop below some teams....

6th place would take dropping below Phily/Ott/NJ/TO (52-48)..... to get lower the Kings would need to get below CBJ/AZ/Caroina (45-43 points)

Now if Lombardi wanted to say drop like a rock in the standings.... trade Williams.... trade Regehr.... Trade Stoll.... Bump some AHL guys and start Jones.....
